U. S. Army Staff Sergeant Galbreath from Albuquerque, New Mexico, was born on January 4, 1949 and was killed when an explosive device detonated on June 28, 1970 in Thua Thien Province, Republic of South Vietnam. Terrell was serving as a infantryman in “B” Company, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division.

Even though, I didn't know Terrell, personally my dad, my uncle and my grandpa did. I have learned a lot about Terrell and have researched him. He is a real American Hero, and I will always remember him (Tuesday, May 28, 2002)

Terrell was 21 years old and unmarried at the time of his death. His religious preference is Lutheran, Missouri Synod. Terrell attended Highland High School in Albuquerque, NM.
