Army Sergeant Adams was the son of Harry Fidello Adams and Elsie Anina Hein Adams. He was born on June 27, 1937 and killed in action in the Republic of Vietnam on April 26, 1966.
George was stationed at Kileen, Texas; Fort Hood, Texas and Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He studied demolition and explosives sabotage at Fort Silland took a radar operator's course at Fort Carson, Coorado. He served with the 2nd Armored Division, B Battery, 3rd Artillery.
He was buried on May 3, 1966 at Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
